Choose the system topology based on the loads, battery needs and available power sources. Identify which loads must run continuously and which can tolerate interruption.
Confirm the battery and PV inputs
Provide the battery voltage, chemistry and communication requirements, plus the PV string configuration. Ask the supplier which combinations the chosen model supports.
List the AC requirements
Note the output voltage and phase, peak starting loads, desired backup behavior, and whether an AC source is present. If the project involves a grid connection, confirm the applicable local requirements before choosing a model.
